What uptime covers

  • API availability at api.vangrid.io
  • Spatial query, streaming, and ingestion endpoints
  • Authentication and key management

Exclusions

SLA does not cover: scheduled maintenance windows (notified 48h in advance), force majeure events, or edge node coverage density in any specific geographic area (which is a function of network participation, not infrastructure uptime).
